House Rules
1. Electricity, water, gas, and maintenance fees are included in the accommodation price. The tenant does not pay any additional charges for these services.
2. The residence has been delivered to the tenant cleaned and fully equipped with all household items.
3. The tenant accepts and undertakes that the property will be used not for residential purposes, but for temporary accommodation only.
4. The tenant is responsible for any damage, loss, or deterioration that may occur in the residence and/or its belongings during the accommodation period.
5. The landlord reserves the right to deduct any such damage or loss from the security deposit, if available. In cases where the damage exceeds the security deposit, the landlord may request compensation from the tenant. If no damage or loss occurs, the full amount of the security deposit will be refunded to the tenant.
6. The tenant accepts and undertakes that they will stay in the property only for temporary accommodation purposes and will not engage in any activities contrary to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
7. The tenant is obliged to provide the landlord with the identification details of themselves and any persons who will be staying with them during the accommodation period. The tenant may not change the declared total number of guests, nor accept additional guests whose identification has not been submitted for accommodation purposes. The tenant acknowledges in advance that they bear full legal responsibility for any consequences arising from this, and that the landlord reserves the right of recourse for any legal sanctions that may occur as a result.
8. If the tenant wishes to extend the contract period, they must sign a new contract specifying the extended rental period and the daily rental rate. If a new contract is not signed but the property has been reserved, the tenant shall pay the landlord an amount equivalent to the rental fee for the entire reserved period. The failure to sign a new rental agreement cannot be interpreted as an automatic renewal of this contract.
9. The tenant acknowledges the presence of other tenants within the property and undertakes not to disturb them in any way, to act in accordance with the rules of neighborly conduct, and accepts full legal and criminal responsibility for any violations. The landlord may evict the tenant from the property unilaterally without refunding any payment.
10.If the property becomes unusable or access is denied due to force majeure, the landlord may unilaterally evict the tenant. In such cases, the tenant cannot make any claims.
11.The tenant undertakes not to commit any criminal acts using the allocated internet line and accepts full legal and criminal responsibility for any violations.
12.The tenant is responsible for all personal valuables, including jewelry, cash, foreign currency, and similar items. The landlord cannot be held liable in any way for theft, accidents, or loss occurring on or around the property.
13.Entering the pool is strictly prohibited for those who cannot swim. The responsibility for children under 15 entering the pool alone lies with their parents, and the tenant acknowledges this.
14.If the tenant wishes to extend the contract period, they must sign a new contract specifying the extended rental period and the daily rental rate. 16.If the property becomes unusable or access is denied due to force majeure, the landlord may unilaterally evict the tenant. In such cases, the tenant has no right to make any claims.
17.The tenant undertakes not to commit any criminal acts using the allocated internet line and accepts full legal and criminal responsibility for any violations.
18.The tenant is responsible for all personal valuables, including jewelry, cash, foreign currency, and similar items. The landlord cannot be held liable for any theft, accident, or loss that may occur on or around the property.
19.Entering the pool is strictly prohibited for those who cannot swim. The responsibility for children under 15 entering the pool alone lies with their parents.

Accommodation Rules
1. Check-in – Check-out Times : Check-in: After 14:00, Check-out: Before 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out is possible for an additional fee, subject to availability.
2. Guest Capacity : The maximum capacity of each accommodation unit is specified. Accommodation for more than the number of guests indicated in the reservation is not allowed.
3. Quiet Hours : Quiet hours are observed from 23:00 to 11:00. We kindly request that loud music and noise be avoided during these hours.
4. Smoking Policy : Smoking is prohibited in indoor areas. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas equipped with ashtrays.
5. Pets : It must be confirmed before booking whether pets are allowed.
6. Damage and Loss : Any damage that may occur during the stay must be covered by the guest.
Cancellation and Modification Policy
1. Standard Cancellation : Cancellations made up to 14 days before the check-in date will receive a refund of the prepayment. Cancellations made within less than 14 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.
2. Early Departure : No refund will be given for unused days if the length of stay is shortened.
3. Date Change : Subject to availability, a date change can be made free of charge up to 7 days before the check-in date.
4. No-Show : If the guest does not arrive on the reserved date, the payment made is non-refundable.
